Parental Loss Group
A 10 week group for adults who have lost a parent. Starts mid-October 2008. Please call to register: 415-600-0467.
Early to Mid Adulthood Spousal/Partner Loss Group
A 10 week group for those in mid-life who have lost a spouse or partner.

Over 60 Spousal Loss Group
An ongoing group for those over 60 grieving the loss of a spouse. Participants may join anytime. Please call: 415-600-0468 for more info.
Healing Hearts Circle - NEW!
A monthly circle open to the community, welcoming anyone going through loss, change and transition. We will incorporate music, movement, art, writing and meditative practices to explore and express ourselves. Join us in community to release, reconnect and renew.
Meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 6pm-7:30pm.
Fall 2008 dates: 10/14, 11/11, 12/9.
